I never should’ve even looked. The syllabus for my evidence class is up already. Here is my thought process as I skimmed through it:
Week one has a measly 30-odd textbook pages to read. That’s not so bad.

“Read pp. 1-70. These pages will not be discussed in class.”

“These pages will not be discussed in class” = no reason to do the reading 🙂
Pardon my ignorance, but what is the significance of having you read pages that won’t be discussed? So you can be tricked on the test?
Useless: Wellllll… Yeah. Probably. Unless I find out this professor is tricky in some way.
Poppy: Probably. That’s the beauty of law school. Really, it’s more likely that it’s introductory material he doesn’t want to waste the class time to cover.
